Canoe Expeditions

A full day of canoeing for each student team included basic canoeing instruction and review of safety procedures. As students learned their skills, they traveled the shores of lakes within the park with side trips to William’s Falls, nesting areas and other interesting sites. River trips on the Tobique or Nipisiguit were also offered.  Teams were responsible for their own preparation for the trips, including meals and any other supplies or gear, and were expected to plan accordingly prior to departure.
